Listings run for a fixed period after each successful payment. Once that period ends, the listing
is automatically deactivated by our background service. To renew, make a fresh payment using your
EL-XXXXX reference and your listing will be reactivated as soon as we match the deposit.
Each profile has a unique reference in the form
EL-XXXXX. You'll see it on your
dashboard. Use that reference exactly when depositing — without it, we can't link your
payment to your listing.
Photos must be JPG or PNG and under 5 MB. Photos that are obviously someone else's,
contain watermarks from other sites, or violate our guidelines will be rejected. Re-upload
the corrected photo from your dashboard. New photos go through a moderation queue before
they appear publicly.
Codes can take up to a minute to arrive. Check the number you entered (including the country
prefix) and request a fresh code. If you've tried twice and still no SMS,
file a ticket and include the number you used.
New forum posts and replies from non-admins go through a moderation queue. Most are reviewed
within one business day. Posts that are spam, off-topic or violate the community guidelines
are rejected with a reason.
