Report & Takedown

Aurélie takes safety and lawful use seriously. If something on the site is wrong, harmful or unlawful, please report it and we will review it. You do not need an account to make a report.

In immediate danger, or aware of a child at risk? Contact the South African Police Service on 10111 first. Then tell us so we can act on the content.

What you can report

Impersonation, or use of someone's photos or identity without consent
Any suspicion that a person in a listing is under 18
Coercion, exploitation, abuse or human trafficking
Incorrect, misleading, fraudulent or unlawful content
Privacy breaches, or intellectual-property (copyright/trademark) infringement

How urgent reports are handled

Safety reports are prioritised. Reports of a suspected minor, coercion, exploitation or trafficking are escalated immediately, and we will remove or suspend the content while we investigate. We cooperate with law-enforcement requests.

How to report

Please include, where you can:

a link to the listing, profile or message (or the advertiser name);
what the problem is and why; and
any evidence, and how we can reach you for follow-up (optional for anonymous reports).

Formal / legal notices

Formal takedown or legal notices (including ECTA takedown notifications) should be sent to [TAKEDOWN_CONTACT_EMAIL], addressed to [OPERATOR_LEGAL_NAME], [OPERATOR_ADDRESS]. To help us act quickly, please identify yourself, the specific content, the legal basis for the request, and confirm the information in your notice is accurate.
